Blocking, cues, rehearsals, show calling, programs, email and every report — for directors and stage managers, in one Windows app that works without the internet.

No WholeRun account, no server, no Wi-Fi needed in the theatre. Your production stays on your computer.
Rehearsal notes, line runs, calling with warn, standby and GO, and a red booth mode.
From the first read-through to closing night, nothing to stitch together.
Blocking, animated blocking, sightlines, schedules, email, calling the show and the paperwork, in one quick look. The videos have music and on-screen text, no narration.
Posters, programs, box office, ushers and rights, for the volunteer who does it all. More
A theatre guide built in, each student’s own calls and notes, and student stage managers calling the show. More
Calling mode, booth mode, a real calling script and show reports that fill themselves in. More
Import the PDF script. Record who goes where, anchored to the exact words, with move paths, facing and work areas.

Watch the play move, timed to how long the words take to say. Scrub, loop, follow one actor and record a video.

Build the house and sit in any seat. Masking and bunching are checked from every section.

Schedules with calls worked out from the scenes, conflicts, notes, line runs and rehearsal reports.

Templates with each person’s calls and notes filled in, reports attached, opened as drafts in your own email program.

A program with cast, teams, bios and a QR code to a phone-friendly web page, plus tonight’s estimated intermission and curtain-down times for front of house.

Caption and surtitle files from the script as it is now, audio description notes from your blocking, and a content and sensory notice for the lobby.

Import the sales export from the ticketing system you already use. Match its columns once; see sales and how full each night is, print will-call lists and fill in house counts.

Paste your rig from a spreadsheet: instrument schedule, channel hookup, magic sheet and circuit-load warnings, plus a mic plot that shows every swap.

Tonight’s calls, the running order with who’s on and quick changes, for a TV in the green room. Save it as an image or PDF, or show it live.

More than 80 reports: cue sheets, calling scripts, shift plots, costume plots, ground plans and a complete tabbed binder, plus Word and Excel.

Last Ferry to Gull Island is a short original play with a complete production built around it: blocking for every scene, cues, rehearsal notes, a schedule, paperwork, a program and a show report. It’s inside WholeRun already (Welcome › Explore the sample production), and you can download it here too.

Which do I need? Just the production (.json): the script is already inside it. Open it in WholeRun (Open…) or in the free Viewer. The script PDF is the same play on its own, to read or print, or to try bringing a script into WholeRun yourself. The .zip has all three plus a short read-me.
The prompt book and production tool: script, blocking, cue sheets, calling mode, rehearsals, schedules, email and every report. You call the cues; WholeRun keeps your place. It doesn’t play sound or video.
Plays the show’s sound and video: a cue list with GO, a soundboard, playlists and video to the projector. It doesn’t do blocking, schedules or paperwork.
Each app is bought separately and works on its own. Use them together and GO brings in your sound and video cues from WholeRun, then sends its show log back to that night’s show report.
